Role Purpose

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs and orientation sessions to acquire knowledge about the organization, industry standards, and job-specific skills.
  • Assisting Professionals: Support professionals in their day-to-day tasks and projects by providing research, data analysis, administrative support, and other relevant assistance as required.
  • Shadowing: Observe experienced employees and learn from their expertise by shadowing them in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to understand their functions, contribute to team projects, and gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Documentation: Assist in the documentation of processes, procedures, and project-related information to ensure accurate record-keeping and knowledge sharing.
  • Professional Development: Take advantage of training opportunities, workshops, and resources provided by the organization to enhance skills and knowledge.

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
