Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Operations: Responsible for installing and configuring Print Management, Document Management, capturing software’s and enrolling customer’s end users
- Response Time: Responding in a timely matter all dispatched incidents, with highest service levels
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through SLA fulfillment and through regular customer engagement.
- Connectivity: To ensure all visited machines are remotely connected to the Xerox server
Education & Certifications
Bachler degree in Information Technology or computer Engineering or any relevant qualification.
Required Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in related filed.
