Support Service Coordinator

Role Purpose
Responsible for managing admin & support of purchase and service of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities including Security, Health & Safety of occupants of the organization.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Manages a building and equipment to make sure everything is suitable for daily work by maintaining it, making repairs and preparing for emergencies. This individual is in charge of creating maintenance schedules and hiring crews to clean the building, while adhering to an annual budget for maintenance
- Collect internal department needs from department managers and collect quotation from vendors and coordinate the process with SSC to get all levels of approval from SSC and Jussur Emdad.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs and research potential vendors Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts
- Supervise all tea boys and electrician of the company to maintain internal Hygienic environment of the organization
- Arrange regular maintenance by purchasing and service required materials, goods and all essential needs for the organization in advance
- Follow-up leases contracts for all company facilities
- Manage the water supply to the company's facilities if required (water trucks )
- Raise monthly and annual bills (electricity, water, telephone, mobiles) in the system and make sure it is paid .
- Equipping the company's new branches across the Kingdom.
- Preparing and equipping the rental employment housing with the necessary beds, cabinets, air conditioning, kitchens, etc.
- Provide all the company's facilities with security systems (surveillance cameras, firefighting devices, first aid and others) if required.
