Role Purpose

 

Under Line-Manager’s general guidance, the job holder is responsible for the implementation of recruitment policies and processes in an effective and timely manner through various assigned functions within the recruitment cycle (preparing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding). As assigned by Line-Manager.

 

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

- Search and screen first round candidates.
- Maintenance of a recruitment database of applicants that were not selected but are deemed
- to have talent and capabilities that could be of interest to the group and operating companies in the future.
- Recruitment activities including candidate process, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and evaluating.
- Responsible for arranging HR and Business Unit interviews with the candidates including all the logistic part of the interview including Air Flight Tickets, Transportation, Hotel reservations.
- Process owner of the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process.
- Coordinates and follow up with the other sections of the HR function and with other functional areas in the Group to ensure that Recruitment and Manpower Planning activities are delivering the needed service.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate productivity with department for interviews according to the Department or the Operating Company’s needs.
- Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted new talents.
- Develop comfortable long-term working relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop and utilize several recruitment sourcing.
- Creating framework for Employee On-boarding.
- Responsible for coordinating with the Hiring Manager for the New Employee’s office, laptops, Business Cards, email, phone extension, and stationery.

 

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

 

Required Years of Experience

 

2-3 years of experience in recruitment field.
