Role Purpose

 

Assisting the clinical team to achieve clinical targets, patient targets, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and / or medical products.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

- Assisting Sales team in achieving their goals and targets.
- Support clinical team with day-to-day activities and support patients on deliveries / product mix. 
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from patients and clinical coordinators, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial when required.
- Meet customer needs as first contact & company representative
- Assist clinical team in of his business-related tasks
- Create networks with HCO’s Purchasing, Head of Department, and PD unit
- Follow-up with patient requirements (Supply and Delivery)
- Responsible to forecast account’s stocks and share with management.

 

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or related filed

Required Years of Experience

 

2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
