Role Purpose
Handle administrative tasks related to internal office management as well as government relation processes, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Government Relations:
• Handle renewal of employees work permit, iqama & new Iqama of employees by completing form, online entry of work permit, extracting online registration number for Passport office, arranging payment from accounts and deposit to passport office.
• In emergency, to take care of re-entry visa even during off-duty or weekend/holidays.
• To apply for a visit visa or Invitation Letter online, attestation and check for approval. Approved LOI/visit visa to send respective company/personal through courier.
• Handle visit visa extension prior to expiry date to avoid any penalty to the company.
Official Documents Control:
• Deal with all Government Departments, Agencies and other bodies as required.
• Assist management on all matters to the interpretation and application of Saudi Government.
• Dealing with government authorities pertaining to income tax, social security pension
• Assist Management in routine GR related administrative tasks in conjunction with HR Team.
Reporting & Record keeping:
• Liaise with members of management and other staff and work as an effective team player
• Ability to manage confidential and other sensitive information
• Systematized filing of all documents
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
Required Years of Experience
2 to 3 years admin experience
