Role Purpose


To assist the Division Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team and implementing sales strategies order to achieve the overall Division sales objectives.


Job Accountabilities & Activities


  • Directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets or set figures.
  • Developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
  • Assist the Division manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning.
  • Plan set of activities to increase market share of company in each segments of the market such as product oriented launches.
  • Succeed in all product trainings and show excellence in product knowledge.
  • Conduct continuous market mapping, establish a monthly market situation report.
  • Conduct needs analysis for each account continuously updated.


Education & Certifications


Bachelor’s Degree in science / Medical field pharmacist.


Required Years of Experience


Minimum 5 years’ work experience in sales field that requires exposure and understanding within multiple areas such as OR, ICU, Nursing & Therapies, and medical / surgical patient areas.
