Short Description (Role Purpose)
- Builds business by identifying and selling Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to Product/ Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions presentation and demonstration, Solution, Design and Specifications and achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Proven experience in working on large projects, generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
- Ability to prospect, forecast, prepare sales presentations, product demonstration, negotiate and close new sales leads.
- Fostering relationships with new clients through contract negotiations and installation.
- Visiting sites to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
- Market knowledge within Saudi Arabia in general and within Western/Southern region is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil engineering or any related field
Required Years of Experience
Field Sales Experience 5+ years within the Fit-Out/Ceiling in projects/B2B based field
