Short Description (Role Purpose)

Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to Product/solution presentation and demonstration, Solution, Design and Specifications and achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Pre-sales

  • Conduct presentations, product trials and POC’s management

  • Build technical and commercial proposals and present offers based on the customer’s scope and requirements.

Sales

  • Achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.

Account management

  • Function as liaison to end-users, customer, project management team and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.

Technical

  • Provide detailed specification and SOW for customer request / new requirements.

  • Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

 

 

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology.

Required Years of Experience

2+ years of software sales experience in mid or large enterprise. Experience in selling Software Solutions to enterprises, preferably SaaS model products/solutions.
