Role Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Key Account Executive is to align GTC strategy with customers needs by developing mutual business opportunities. At this position, he has to maximize short and long term sales and profitability and build long term successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred supplier.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Operations
• Achieve customer sales volumes and brand growth targets.
• Develop, implement, and review customer-specific business plans.
• Monitor performance, forecast sales, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Define retail key account strategy with NKAM.
• Improve ROI through effective financial performance management.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maximize product visibility while balancing customer and brand priorities.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing on tailored promotions.
• Gather and report customer, market, and competitor insights.
• Manage collections and follow up on payments.
Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, scorecards, and performance records.
Education & Certifications
University Degree, English and Arabic speaking.
Required Years of Experience
4+ years of experience
