Role Purpose

 

To execute specific Territory objectives which deliver competitive advantage at the POP via:

  • Detailed territory planning and organisation
  • Effective outlet callage and KPI achievement via PROSPECT structured call

Focus on positively changing Olayan brands at the POP.

 

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

  • Liase with FLM to agree and prioritise territory targets
  • Execute agreed outlet coverage and KPI priorities in call
  • Monitor, analyse and report on performance via FLM’s
  • Deliver specific distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Execute specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
  • Monitor individual call file to identify new customer opportunities
  • Completion of all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge and practical use of PROSPECT structured call principles.

 

Education & Certifications

 

High school

 

Required Years of Experience

 

Minimum 3-4 years sales.
