Regional Manager I

Role Purpose
To ensure that all relative businesses within the region, through contractual relationship or otherwise, are being conducted in the utmost efficient and effective manner, to achieve satisfaction of all stakeholders including sponsors, customers, business partners and employees.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning & Development:
• Develop and implement business strategies with GM and FM based on market analysis.
• Drive action plans with first-line managers (pricing, inventory, marketing, suppliers).
• Expand market share, explore new opportunities, and ensure adequate coverage of all segments.
• Hold monthly meetings with managers to review performance and new business activities.
Operations:
• Set and monitor financial/non-financial targets for all functions.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; ensure Saudization targets are met.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Track and review KPIs monthly, implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee regional operations and coordinate with head office on finance, admin, sales, and inventory.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and manage people performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and expense guidelines.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, CAPEX, and quarterly business reports.
• Maintain employee motivation, customer satisfaction, and a healthy business environment.
• Achieve at targeted performance by sales teams yearly.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree.
Required Years of Experience
At least 8-9 years’ experience of managing people and businesses of significant volume.
