Role Purpose

 

Coordinate functions of Overseas recruitment Business /Domestic as per client recruitments and ensure all activities until deployment to the client.

Job Accountabilities & Activities


Coordinate the whole recruitment cycle:
Support recruitment supervisor in all activities of the recruitment department


Prepare Supporting Documents:
Prepare supporting documents such letter for chamber, MoFa, issuing and cancelling E wakala, issuing visa or visa cancellation 


Organizing interview Schedules:

  • Organize interview for different job roles with recruitment supervisor, in case of absence or other time conduct the interviews as per sales order and job description.
  • Summarize the interview result and submit the managers.


CRM Updates:

  • Update all the activities in CRM – Block Visa, MOL Blocks, issued Visa, e wakala, candidate arrivals, cancellations, stamped all details into CRM


Dealing Agents:

  • Coordinate with the agents to make necessary arrangements to deploy workers on time. 
  • Handling minor disputes with agents and make necessary actions as per advice from recruitment manager or supervisor 


Assist Recruitment Manager:

  • Assist Recruitment manager to prepare recruitment reports File handling and other activities of the department 

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources

Required Years of Experience

 

3+ years experience in same field
