Role Purpose
Provide the initial point of contact for the company by meeting visitors and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Meeting & escorting visitors after notifying the staff of their arrival.
- Achieve the satisfaction from the visitor and staff.
- Answering telephone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate staff.
- All calls been answered and transferred in timely mater.
- Directing visitors/callers to the right staff or company.
- Given helpful information to the visitors or callers
- Following up with the cleaning teem to keep the reception area neat.
- The reception area remained tidy
- Maintaining telephone and staff location lists.
- Updated list in all times sustained
- Communicate with other receptionist for any update
- Updated information with the teammate maintained
- Help other administrative staff as directed by the HR Generalist
- Given helpful hand to administrative staff.
Education & Certifications
Diploma in any related filed.
