Role Purpose
Forecasting, ordering, and Inventory Management. Supplier communication in regard to product, marketing and training. Preparation of product strategies to capture a growing market share.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Training
• Drives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson.
• Design comprehensive Training modules for sales and technical team (for collective groups as well as individuals.
• Provide periodic calendarized training to sales team in all regions.
• Coordinate with the supplier on training activities for Sales teams.
• Organizing seminar for major clients as well as exhibitions and special events.
Key Activities
• Forecasting, Ordering and Inventory management.
• Preparation/distribution of price lists, promos, and bids pricing.
• Prepare product sales strategies to compete in the market and gain market share.
• Field findings thru the sales team/market survey to compare Competitors price and activities and share the info with sales team and suppliers.
• Prepare Product life cycle vis a vis Product Road map.
• Launch product promotions with special sales incentives subjective to a given situation i.e (Special purchases, strategic model to gain market share, clear overstocked and slow / non moving inventory, etc.).
• Monthly regional visits and meetings with region sales management to review/suggest solutions in regard to regional stock activities, sales problem, competitors activities/ challenges, customers’ needs, efficiency.
• Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data Oversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
• Participates in creation and deployment of Sales Strategy.
• Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
• Assists in customer negotiations.
• Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
• Pipeline creation, ensure visibility and volume of Opportunities in line with the Operating Plan Target and close deals in Saudi.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Required Years of Experience
3-5 years’ experience in related field.
