Role Purpose
Managing all the duties and responsibility of business recruitment
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Signing agreement with oversees agencies and negotiating recruitment fees
- Sending JD to the agencies and Sourcing the candidate for the client selection
- Instructing agencies to deploy the candidate as per the client target date
- Preparing documents as per embassy need and attestation
- As per the sales job order Issuing Visas and E-Wakala and update in CRM
- Grievance clearance with embassy personnel and candidates
Education & Certifications
BA in HR or Equivalent field
Required Years of Experience
3 years of experience and1 One year in Recruitment Company
