Role Purpose
The role is to manage the company property portfolio and ensure professional implementation of the department strategic plan.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Responsible of the property development planning and study the business needs of the projects.
- Prepare and implement the operation policy and procedure for each project according to the nature of the project.
- Analyze and monitor the project revenue to assist the management take better decisions.
- Controlling and compliance of the property’s operation activities.
- Prepare annual budget of the properties.
- Ensuring all Olayan properties are having insurance policy and provide insurance company requirements.
- Coordination to evaluate the company assets.
- Responsible of analyzing and resolving disputed financial cases.
- Coordinating with legal department on the legal cases and respond to their inquiries.
- Full documentation control of the properties and tenants’ documents.
- Tenant relation and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction among Olayan properties.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor of Financial Management.
Required Years of Experience
4.5 years of experience.
