Short Description (Role Purpose)

Administers all responsibilities related to HR day-to-day operations processing of all employee services, that include, but not limited to: (GOSI, Giwa and Employee’s Insurance). The position is required to process and keep records of all transactions and related process information. The Job holder is also expected to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, to solve operational problems, suggest further enhancements to the HR operational processes.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Planning:
•    Understanding and setting the objectives for the Employee Services department.
•    Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance

Operations:
•    Implementing and executing the company’s policies and procedures. 
•    Guiding staff and management of the company’s HR policies and regulations 
•    Resolving all employee issues and queries related to assigned HR functions. 
•    Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
•    Processing and verifying all relevant employee information on authorized external platforms, such as:

  • GOSI registration, amendment, cancelation.
  • Medical insurance subscriptions, amendments, cancelation.
  • Personnel related documents, including leave type, letters, action forms ... etc.

 

Monitoring and Record Keeping:
•    Maintain consolidated record of all the ongoing and finalized transactions and related process information.
•    Maintain records of all employees on GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) subscriptions.
•    Maintain records of all employee’s Qiwa subscriptions.
•    Maintain records of all employee’s medical insurance subscriptions.
•    Generate any reports required for business or department.
 

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant subject field of study.

Required Years of Experience

3-4 years’ experience in Human Resources
