Role Purpose

-Successful development of the project's procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team's operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards

-Develop expertise in cash flow forecast, managing company cost expectations, identifying quality control standards, and developing quality management plan.

-Determination to employ exceptional technical knowledge and expertise in supervising project implementation on nation basis.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Plan, develop, implement, and direct the Service operations under the Product to strengthen enhance performance, profitability and growth. Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
-  Control Product (parts & Service) so that business plan targets are met.
-  Manage Project Scope to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and completed within a specific timeframe.
-  Manages the staff within product group to provide. 
- Supervise the service activity for the product
- Identify, manage, monitor and control potential problems that could undermine key business projects. To carry out a Risk Analysis.

- Communicate with Sales Product manager to ensure the Capable Service division Services (parts & service) are in place.
-  Project Schedule Management to identify the specific actions to be performed to produce the project deliverables and decomposes work packages into schedule activities.
-  Information Management
-  Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy to supply new customer management system.        8. Ensure the applied procedure meets the dynamic changes of customer needs.
-  Ensure CMS activities are established and followed up.
-  Develops and maintains optimal inventory level of all stock spare parts.
- Project costs Management to estimate, budget, manage, monitor and control to provide guidance and direction leads to the project costs to be managed throughout the project.
- Control costs by monitoring the status of the project to update the project costs and managing changes to the cost baseline maintained throughout the project
- Ensures all equipment and tools used by the    service staff are controlled and those   calibrations are carried out in accordance with manufacturer instructions and rules.
-  Manage, monitor and control quality requirements per AHC quality standards for the project and its deliverables and manufacturer documenting, manuals and data sheets of the project to demonstrate compliance with quality requirements.
-  Ensures all work carried by service staff is done in accordance with respective manufacturer standards and hospitals rules using good engineering practices.
-  Develop process necessary to purchase or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside the project team to develop and administer agreements such as contracts, PO, or SLAs. The personnel authorized to procure the goods and/or services required for the project through SCL.
-  Ensure to match with SFDA registration of equipment recalls and clearing it.
-  Approach to involve project stakeholders based on their needs, expectations, interests, and potential impact on the project to provides an actionable plan to interact effectively with stakeholders. -  Close project by finalizing all activities for the project and to make sure the planned work is completed, to submit the complete work documents. Organizational team resources are released to pursue new endeavors.
-  Complete the invoicing and posting of the project, with sharing the budgeted and calculate the Actual Cost based on the cost management of the project to Complete financial closure of the Project

 

Education & Certifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in electrical \ Electronic\ Biomedical Engineering.
