Role Purpose

 

To oversee the Business Sustainability Operations, Stakeholders (Internal/External), and data analysis for the purpose of developing successful partnerships and implement variously sustainability programs.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

- To manage the sustainability data for holding company and 22+ OpCos. In addition to the periodical data collection, to develop the systems and processes that ensure data accuracy and timeliness of reporting 
- To use data effectively to inform decision-making and create advocacy internally and externally by using benchmarks and analysis to compare performance between OpCos, various sectors, global and regional benchmarks
- Work with various OSHCO departments, OpCo GMs, and sustainability champions to plan and implement data collection processes
- Align data collection and reporting with adopted reporting frameworks (GRI & WEF) in addition to any future frameworks adopted by The Group
- Manage the production of the annual sustainability reports in collaboration with OSHCO communication team and external consultants as needed 
- To work with internal and external auditors on data assurance 
- Manage engagement with stakeholders internally and externally to refresh material topics as needed 
- To manage engagement with various OpCo GMs and VPs to develop multi-year sustainability targets and corresponding programs at OpCo and holding company levels  
- Proactively manage the relationship with all OpCos’ leadership and champions, to ensure that the sustainability agenda is moving forward at all levels 
- Develop and manage sustainability programs at holding company level and support program development at OpCo level
- Work with multinationals, government entities, and nonprofits on developing partnerships that serve OSHCOs overall strategic direction
- Work with shared services, procurements, HR, IT, and other centralized functions to integrate sustainability into their operations

 

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Required Years of Experience

 

7+ years of experience in sustainability or relevant field
