Short Description (Role Purpose)
Act as a focal point with Opcos to ensure Diversity objectives are part of HR practices by tracking progress, providing feedback, and promoting women’s empowerment.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning and implementation
- Finalize diversity KPIs for all Opcos to achieve the target increase in the number of women and evaluate their year-end achievements.
- Quarterly report the Group Diversity progress to the Diversity Team
- Review diversity policies, and provide data benchmarking, to come up with recommendations that is up to date with the latest global trends/regulatory changes.
- Finalize and drive the agenda and content for OWN Steering Committee meetings.
- Collect content/best practices from OpCos to give visibility to high performing companies.
Data Collection and reporting
- Provide support for Diversity Agents across OpCos to ensure the Diversity data is submitted on time.
- Continuously monitor the automated data reporting system to fix errors, track, and report progress.
- Provide onboarding Diversity sessions for the new joiners and conduct exit interviews for resigned women and write a report with recommendations.
- Track the progress of the women’s promotions and report on the progress of the women high performers across Opcos.
- Finalize Diversity Awards Results: Recognition Award/ Index Award/ Mentor Award/ Data Agents Recognition.
Stakeholder communication
- Co-drive and finalize the agenda items for the Diversity Steering Committee
- Prepare senior management updates that will be reported at the MMM level to drive accountability and receive feedback on the next steps.
- Prepare OWN content on the OSHCO Intranet to share diversity updates at the group level.
- Finalize the training/engagement topics for the Diversity workshops, which can include searching for external vendors, finalizing contracts & payment, communicating and coordinating with Opcos to deliver training.
- Finalize OWN Forums agenda, event theme, and visual content.
- Prepare for the Opco visits to communicate company-specific progress, discuss diversity plans, and explore ways of support.
- Analyze the Work Culture Survey results per Opco to share company-specific feedback with OpCos management.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum
