Land Trading Supervisor

Role Purpose
The role is to coordinate and execute policies and procedures related to Land Trading and government relation.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Policies, Procedures, and Internal Controls
-Implement land trading activities while assure compliance with policies and procedures.
-Arrange and coordinate with Internal Audit to highlight and investigate issues within the domain.
-Support during the conversion of all title deeds to electronic which involves follow-up with several government agencies.
Land Trading and Leasing Transactions
-Support during the sale / purchase of lands and other properties activities including negotiation with buyers or seller.
-Organize the land leasing activities including negotiation with Tenants
-Report on collection issues related to land trading or leasing
-Coordinate and follow up with government authorities in all GCC countries for all lands and deeds matters
Monthly Monitoring & Operational Activities
-Review the approved plan (land by land) by management and list actions to be executed
-Arrange and report received offers from the market to land trading management
-Maintain and update market survey database.
White land Taxes
-Prepare reports and data for the white-land tax activities including the negotiation with Ministry of Housing
-Gather information for the tax report for all land and raise it to the land trading management.
-Prepare the payment of the land tax and raise the claims to the land trading management.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Preferred real estate professional qualification
