Key Account Manager

Role Purpose
Key account manager is responsible for supervising all post-marketing, budgeting, customer follow-up, and general business plans to make sure customer are satisfied and that sales improves. Utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
- Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
- Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inventory and solve customer problems and assess the level of service provided to the client and prepare reports for this task.
- Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal
- Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
- Manage the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met
- Liaise with Sales, Operation, Recruitment and Finance departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing performance of sales , HRW, Finance and recruitments
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
- Develop and organize the Section by improving procedures, restructuring the department and preparing reports for this task
- Develop criteria to measure the performance indicators of the department and to measure the quality of the submission and prepare reports for this task
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
- Monitoring for following up with the monthly invoice payments of business clients and payments Collecting customer
- Managing delivery workers to customers and receive workers whom return from customers.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or in any other related business discipline
Required Years of Experience
Prior experience in a management field, preferably customer relationship management is also necessary to secure the job
