Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Monitor machine’s performance via Xerox monitoring tools. Fix all
machines malfunction. Consumables management. Meet customer urgent
needs.
-Support in machines connectivity to customer network.
- Deliver machines meter reading on time.
- Review & deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment.
- Assure maximum customer satisfaction level.
- Maintain and assure high service level for all machines to avoid unnecessary cost in spares and consumables. Immediate address for any
consumables/spares bleeding.
Education & Certifications
Engineering bachelor’s degree/equivalent degree
