Short Description (Role Purpose)

To enhancing SXL working capital Matrices. To boost the Branch collection team moral to focus on timely delivery and collection of our invoices. Working closely with the National Collection Manager to accomplish business objectives.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Deliver Continuous Year on Year improvement in DSO Drive and Manage collector teams to deliver year on year improvement in DSO through collections Ensure ageing profile in branch is within set targetsEnsure Invoice delivery targets are met consistently
- Support Branch accountant in obtaining credit approval and providing credit advice to National collections manager
- Take ownership of problematic collection cases
- Work closely with NCM on legal cases
- Provide SOA reconciliation support where required
- On Job Training, improving collection team network, and suggesting needed training.
- Work closely with AR accountant on cash application issues.
- Weekly follow up email on such
- PMF Process
- Coach Collectors
- Review collectors work force performance and make recommendations where required

Education & Certifications

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or any business related concentration.

Required Years of Experience

5 years of work experience & a proven collection track -with minimum 3 years in leadership position.
