Role Purpose


Re-engineer current processes and deliver cutting edge IT business solutions that meet the Group’s transformation strategy and standards while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines

Job Accountabilities & Activities


- Prepare clear presentations, business show case and reporting material to answer management queries
- Oversee planning and execution of stakeholder’s strategy, maximizing value creation and ensuring adaptability
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of the status quo and latest market trends 
- Ensure proper planning, control and tracking of all assignments and deliverables 
- Ensure proper change management measures to secure Group wide adoption of target strategies
- Develop solid understanding of the Group’s operating model and the relevant business functions
- Provide continuous maintenance and support to the Group on the assigned business line(s) and application(s)
- Ensure proper risk management measures in place to secure business continuity
- Provide clear status and KPIs on open items and changes as per SLA
- Drive process automation and standardization exercises while meeting the requirements of the business line 
- Advice stakeholders by recommending best market practices
- Lead requirement gathering by understanding stakeholders’ business needs, translating them, and proposing efficient solutions
- Re-engineer processes, catering for potential areas of improvement and development
- Prepare clear and concise design documents highlighting need, value addition, and associated risks – if any
- Prepare and ratify process flow diagrams, policy revisions and SLAs to help business users 
- Design target state process/solution based on business requirements, system’s capabilities, and best market practices
- Identify and leverage cross-function/module/system synergies
- Ensure designed processes and solutions are end-to-end, compliant with internal controls and consistent with the overall IT systems infrastructure
- Ensure business leads’ have a clear understanding of the proposed solution, associated costs, and expected timeline
- Secure business leads’ sign-off on design documents/deliverables
- Plan delivery of business requirements in the context of agile methodology & continuous delivery 
- Prepare end-to-end test scenarios
- Ensure test package is comprehensive and compliant with testing strategy 
- Oversee and contribute to the test package execution
- Validate quality of delivered solution
- Promote systems adoption by acting as subject matter expert
- Prepare guides, manuals, and training material
- Provide training and support to users
- Act as a point of contact between business users and vendors
- Promote and lead knowledge sharing with the BA team and larger business team
- Provide regular updates on the latest trends in both SAP and the tech industry

Education & Certifications


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance / Accounting or equivalent is required
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

Required Years of Experience


At least 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP Functional Modules
