Role Purpose
To execute specific Territory objectives which deliver competitive advantage at the POP via:
- Detailed territory planning and organisation
- Effective outlet callage and KPI achievement via PROSPECT structured call
Focus on positively changing Olayan brands at the POP
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Liase with FLM to agree and prioritise territory targets
- Execute agreed outlet coverage and KPI priorities in call
- Monitor, analyse and report on performance via FLM’s
- Deliver specific distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
- Execute specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
- Monitor individual call file to identify new customer opportunities
- Completion of all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge and practical use of PROSPECT structured call principles.
Education & Certifications
High school
Required Years of Experience
Minimum 3-4 years sales.
