Role Purpose

Promote and sell the division products., achieve and exceed personal target as part of department total target and follow up current and future customers and fulfill their requirement with high professionalism

Accountabilities & Activities


Market Coverage & Customers Satisfaction: 

  • Extend the customer portfolio by Identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Perform analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Follow- up the customers on regular basis.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
  • Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through the visits and telephone calls.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Increase the market share in the assigned region
  • Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction


Market intelligence:

  • Monitoring the market and competitor’s activities
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Required Experience

  • 2 – 4 years’ sales experience in the same field
  • productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Product knowledge
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
