Role Purpose

To liaise between customers, company & drivers/operators, also maintain the operational data for the purpose of ensuring the smooth flow of related operations and to capture and document the progress between them.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Operation, shipments & Logistic:
•    Follow the operating procedures for efficient business operations 
•    Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in timely manner.
•    Supervise orders and trips to ensure they meet needs.
•    Plan and track the shipment through GPS according to customer requirements
•    Schedule staff and truck accurately and capability of full monitoring and tracking.
•    Prepares loads for shipment and manages the required to final destinations.
•    Takes initiative independently and proactive steps to avoid quality control issues.
•    Ensure the warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels, for cost optimization


Drivers/ Operators:
•    Monitor, control and manage drivers/ operator’s daily operations to meet customer expectations and Departments KPIs.
•    Build and maintain strong relationship with the drivers/operators 
•    support drivers/operators on route for any breakdowns and other issues.

Documentation:
•    Maintain accurate operations documents and management reports.
•    Oversees vehicles and keep the legal documentation up to date, to avoid traffic violations and penalties.

Education & Certifications

diploma degree (preferred in Mechanical technology)
