Manager, Sales

Role Purpose
Managing the overall sales activity within the sales department in the region. This includes planning, analyzing and developing the sales business as well as coaching, supporting and developing the sales team in order to reach the sales targets and to deliver value to our customers.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
-Assist in Communicate the strategy and its objectives to the sales team and ensure that the individuals understand their own contribution.
-Monitor and analyses market and competitor activity, trends and demands.
-Stay informed with product and services news and other updates from the business unit.
- Coach the sales team on a regular basis, tailored to the individual’s need and focused on improving competence used in the daily work.
-Setting KPI:s and individual targets for the sales team, measuring their performance and follow them up on a regular basis
-Provide technical support to sales members .
-Ensure efficient allocation of tasks and resources in order to improve sales performance.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, leading by example
-Provide the monthly, quarterly sales report.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field.
- Engineering Degree is plus.
Required Years of Experience
5 to 6 years’ experience in the Sales and heavy equipment field.
