Role Purpose

 

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on the quality and quantity of asset inventory which include assets used for core business operation and maintenance as well as fleets and their movements.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

Asset Management
- Monitors Fleet movements and receive and evaluate incoming fleet.
- Prepare control strategies to reduce risk and improve asset utilization, determine predictive strategies, perform root cause failure analysis to reduce time and increase efficiency.
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of asset management plans, including lists and hierarchies, identifying asset inventory and condition, calculation of business risk evaluations, determining asset net present value and life cycle costs, developing alternatives for cost-effective operations and maintenance and long-term investment.
- Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement, building an effective asset risk mitigation program to improve asset reliability with reduced risk at optimized spending and capital investments.
- Support condition assessment of existing assets and improve and enhance capital improvement planning and budgeting.
- Responsible for working with operations and maintenance teams to compile asset inventory and condition data into a format to allow for engineering analysis of life-cycle costs and business risk evaluation.
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating Asset Performance through reporting including life cycle analysis, asset performance analysis for capital and O&M funding and other analysis required for engineering, operations, and maintenance.
- Preparation of outgoing fleet.

Planning:
- Support condition assessment of existing assets and improve and enhance capital improvement planning and budgeting.
- Manage all sales engineers’ bookings.
- Responsible for preparing reports, estimating costs, presentations, determining individual project needs
- Prepares concepts and designs for Sales engineers. 
- Manages overall planning of repairs and preventive maintenance. 
- Oversees progress of mobilization/demobilization. 
- Monitor’s depot daily activities. 
- Ensure delivery dates are managed and planned accordingly. 
- Timely and accurate completion of assigned projects.
- Statistical and other analyses on asset condition, performance, and risk data.
- Compares current system performance against other similar industry benchmarks to establish best practices and improve system processes.

Technical/Customer Service:
- Manage communication between customers and technicians. 
- Assisting service team engineers to ensure highest levels of customer service. 
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.  
- Process all requests in accordance with the correct procedures 
- Support services team including compiling data and production reports and statistics using.
- Issuing, reporting, and closing service orders. 
- Monitoring and implementing HSE policies. 
- Develop program training material and coordinating training activates for new and existing employees.
- Monitoring/ Receiving emergency and breakdown calls form technicians, sales engineers, and customers.   
- In close coordination with clients for any service-related concerns. 
- Generator preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. 

Education & Certifications

 

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering

Required Years of Experience

 

5 Years minimum
