Role Purpose

 

The Senior Officer – Marketing is responsible for developing the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget, and training plans in coordination with stakeholders. The role ensures timely performance reporting through monthly dashboards covering sales, patient data, and activities. A key focus is increasing the percentage of PD-connected patients and monitoring digital platforms like Sharesource. The position oversees the planning and execution of marketing events, including grant processes and logistics. It also manages vendor relationships, procurement, and payment follow-up. Additionally, the role supports the sales team in PD cycler demand planning, CAPEX, shipment, distribution, and maintenance coordination.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

 

1. Marketing Planning:
- Creating the corporate annual calendar in coordination with all stakeholders.
- Creating the annual marketing budget & organizing the marketing team’s annual leaves.
- Planning the annual training requirements for the Marketing & Sales team in coordination with HR.


2. Performance Reporting:
- Creating & sending a monthly comprehensive dashboard for the total company that visually demonstrates the sales, PD patients, educational activities, etc.


3.Increasing % of PD connected patients & RPM
- Increasing the % of connected patients.
- Monitoring Sharsource & Sharsource Adequest utilization in coordination with the clinical team.


4. Events & HCPs Management and Grants: 
- Creating the Event’s book and the annual marketing events’ calendar.
- Collecting documents, opening related grants, and following up on the approval process.
- Venue selection, branding elements, attendees, agendas. & Coordination for all logistics.


5. Managing vendors & suppliers
- Sending RFQs, getting quotations, creating POs, and following up on vendors' payments. 


6. Supporting the sales team in managing the PD Cyclers demand/supply
- Demand Planning
- CAPEX creation
- Timely Shipment
- Distribution planning
- Maintenance coordination with TSC
- Location mapping

Education & Certifications

 

Degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field.

Required Years of Experience

 

3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
