Role Purpose


Works autonomously, with clear guidelines and minimal supervision, to accurately dispense medical products to the customer in accordance with the QMS and GSDP guidelines and the respect of GXP (Good x Practice), Supplier and SFDA instructions applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Accountabilities & Activities


- Accurately dispensing drugs to the customer by checking sales orders for errors and to ensure they are appropriate.
- Call the PD patients and arrange deliveries as per schedules and follow ups.
- Check that suppliers and customers are approved.
- Check that all deliveries are released based on pharmacist approval avoiding any nonconformity.
- Warehouse / vehicles Temperature and Hygiene Monitoring and Co-ordination of any Nonconformity Process 
- participate in the daily throughput plans and contribute to all quality related aspects
- Ensure that all business-related licenses must be valid, the pharmacist must make sure that no expired license are in place.
- Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to.
- Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medical products.
- Reflect all updates arising from Health Authorities into the QMS and GXP System
- Ensure customer satisfaction “customer complaints Log “

Education & Certifications


  • Bachelor's or Diploma Degree (Pharmacy/Medicine)
  • Health Specialties Authority License
  • Valid Hazardous Goods license (where appropriate)

Required Years of Experience


Minimum 3 to 4-year experience in logistics with 'hands on' experience in a busy warehouse/trucking operation.
