Role Purpose

Company Arabian Automotive Company (AAC)

To supervise and control all operations, which includes warehouse inventory maintenance, Spare parts stores inventory maintenance and sales order processing.  While ensuring that all operations are complying to Policies, efficient use of resources and stock integrity as per approved process and procedure.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- To ensure through the team that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legislative requirements.
- Supervise warehouse and store activities in terms of interdepartmental movement of raw materials, finished goods, spares and consumables. 
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation and entry of computerized data.
- Liaisons with Operations Manager/Production Supervisor to generate a weekly production plan and a monthly size changeover schedule as per sales requirement.
- Liaisons with transport contractor to schedule trucks, ensures timely order dispatch at optimal cost and confirms receipt of goods in good condition by the clients.
- Ensuring that suppliers and customers are approved.
- Ensure that all delivery is released based on the pharmacist approval avoiding any nonconformity.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the Service Providers, Operational Team and Transportation Team to ensure all targets are met.
- Liaisons with finance dept on sales order processing and related documentations.
- Attend and actively participate in daily Throughput Co-ordination meetings
- participate in the daily throughput plans and contribute to all quality related aspects
- Analyses the effectiveness of the strategic plan against tactical operational deployment and cost implications.
- Maintains proper storage of warehoused materials and ensures good housekeeping at all storage areas and loading bays.
- Suggest corrective action for any storing and distribution problems and implement QA related measures to prevent future recurrences. 
- Ensure that all business-related licenses must be valid, the pharmacist must make sure that no expired license are in place.
- Ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged program and necessary corrective measures are put in place.
- Ensuring that initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained.
- Assist with investigation into customer complaints.
- Reflect all updates arising from Health Authorities into the QMS and GXP System
- Ensure customer satisfaction “customer complaints Log “

 

Education & Certifications

College Graduate (Operations/Industrial/Business)

Required Years of Experience

Minimum 4 to 5-year experience in logistics with 'hands on' experience in a busy warehouse/trucking operation.
