Operations Engineering Officer

Role Purpose

Supervising Engineering machines and activity’s.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Machines maintenance

Able to provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of plant utility, facility and manufacturing equipment’s.

• Energy saving

Contribute to energy saving plan (water and electricity) and achieve >5%.

• Machines drawings.

Well known about Mech diagram and pneumatic diagrams.

• Machines operations

Known about RO system, Boiler, Distiller, air compressor and manufacturing equipment’s operations and maintenance.

• Strategic study.

Strategic study about critical machines preventive maintenance and major parts operations

• Project plan.

Prepare well plan about project schedule and shutdown plan to achieve project successfully.

• Standard documents.

Must be familiar with plant SOPs and be accountable for GMP and ISO14001 compliance

Building facility.

Responsible for supervising  repairing of building components and all plant non-productive equipment’s such as Fire Fighting pumps, Laundry equipment’s, and Canteen equipment’s….etc

• Control quality documents.

Familiar with control event, CMWO, Change control and NCR.

• Maintenance software.

Familiar with maintenance operation software.

• EHS

Responsibility for EHS Facility and Best Safety Practices (BSPs) for employee’s Accountability.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor of Mechanical engineering.

Required Years of Experience

Manufacturing machines experience, especially for pharma side minimum 5 years.
