Customer Support Specialist

Role Purpose
The Customer support interacts with sales, applications, operations, purchase, stores and outside agencies to ensure that orders are effectively processed and communicated to customer.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Open every order in the system.
- Attend to walk in customers.
- Data base management of incoming orders.
- Support management in the collection and processing of order data.
- Support purchasing in material sourcing.
- Status reports for clients on weekly bases, including physically checking where the job is, this has to be broken down further by rig.
- Preparing the movement of inventory reports for Aramco
- Assist dispatch to ensure correct product to correct client.
- Scan and data store soft copies of job files
- clarify request on technical issues to & fro from our engineering department & customer via Email, Phone & Fax
- Cover reception in the absence of the receptionist.
- Cover the overflow of incoming telephone calls when reception cannot answer.
- Receive and respond to calls/E mails/visits from clients in the absence of the allocated sales engineer.
Education & Certifications
Diploma.
