Coordinator, Supply Chain

Role Purpose
To analyze, investigate and supply creditable data to the supply chain department as well at the MENA region related to current and future business industries.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Manage the complete procurement process for Inventory Items for assigned categories.
- Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data.
- Support supply chain optimization projects as directed and out off proven data identification.
- Support by reviewing current methodology and processes.
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters.
- Interact with government entities and logistics platforms to provide best solutions for new projects.
- Interacts with Logistic consultants to provide group data.
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.
- Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels
- Manage the mid-long term end-to-end forecasting plans for the business.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports and propose activities against the unhealthy stock.
- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient supply chain procedures and methods.
- Research partner companies to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue.
- Manage 3rd party data service providers
- Convert raw data into departmental desired outcomes and workable presentations.
- Review and analyze gathered data to locate areas in the supply chain process and develop methods, based on best practices and logistic trends, to improve.
- Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
