Role Purpose

To follow-up current and future customers and fulfill their requirement with high professionalism and assure conducting of sales at maximum profitability and lowest risks and achieve /exceed personal target as part of department total target.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Market coverage

-follow- up customers on his customer list on regular basis.

-Create new customers by searching new opportunities.

-Visit consulting & engineering offices and maintain good relationship with them.

-Follow up all inquiries whether incoming or from the media.

Preparation of customer offers.

-Study customers verbal or written technical requirements.

-Point out & specify major technical requirements.

-Make the pricing using  pricing system or inventory price list.

-Write the technical & commercial offer.

Coordination Assignments

-Coordinate with BDM on contents & pricing of offers and obtain his signature for approval.

-Coordinate with Regional Sales in-Charge on daily work agenda. And all daily assignments.

-Coordinate with spare parts department for any spare parts requirement integrated in his inquiries.

-Coordinate with service department for any requirements of annual maintenance contracts & start-up, testing & commissioning preparation, and execution

Customers follow-up

-Delivering of offers to customers.

-Visiting or contacting customer on well planned regular basis till conclusion. of deal

-Coordinate with customer and assist them to obtain consultants approval when applicable.

-Assist customer on design or modification of powerhouse according to supplier requirements when needed.

-Direct supervision of equipment PDI, delivery, testing commissioning and final handing over to end user.

-Collecting of customer credit payment on time.

Market intelligence

-Monitoring & reporting of competitors activities such as Sales , No. of salespeople, promotion activities, inventory & quality of after sales service
 

Education & Certifications

Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent

Required Years of Experience

4 to 6 years’ experience
